Return policy/complaints
With me, you have open purchase for 14 days from the moment you receive the item. You can return the item, provided it is returned to me in unused condition and in it's original packaging.
When you exercise the right of return due to an undone purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping yourself.
Always contact me before returning your item. The sum for a return will be refunded to you as soon as the item has reached me in the condition described above.
If your jewelry should reach you damaged, contact me immediately and describe the damage, please attach pictures of the packaging as well as the jewelry. In cases where a damaged product must be sent back to me, I will of course pay for the return shipping.
Delivery conditions
When ordering jewelry that is in stock, I ship the item the same day or the following business day. Most jewelry is in stock unless otherwise specified when ordering.
The delivery time after that is usually 2-6 working days, within Sweden. For foreign countries, the delivery time is longer.
For jewelry that is made to order, I have an estimated production time of a maximum of 3 weeks. Usually they are sent faster, but it depends on the order load.
It is only me who makes the jewelry, hence the longer delivery time at higher load.
For special orders where I create a piece of jewelry at your request according to certain criteria, I charge an advance of half the price of the piece. The rest is paid when the jewelry is ready and sent to you. For special orders please send me an email (kimartjewelry@gmail.com) and I'll get back to you.
